Hello,

This is the first time I am having this issue. Everytime I try to add a photo (.jpeg) the photo either comes out as little pixel boxes (see photo attached), completely white, or completely black. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign but with no success. Please help! Thank you!!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & InDesign? Does it happen with a specific file or all? Have you tried other formats like PNG or PSD?

This information will help us understand the concern and assist you accordingly. Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

Version of OS is Catalina 10.15.5 and InDesign is 15.1.2. This just happens with .jpeg..I have been having to make all photos PNGs which works but is kind of a pain to do with evey single photo.

If you have any ideas on why this might be happening that would be great!

Thanks in advance.
