Adding Google Fonts to InDesign-Adobe Tools

I'm looking to add the open source Google font, Monsterrat to InDesign & other Adobe tools. Here is a link to the font: Google Fonts

Is there any easy way to do this?

The same way you add any other font. Install it in the operating system

Well, since you decided to pop in here EIGHT YEARS later, my assumption is that anyone using professional level tools should know how to install a font. It was true then and it's true now.
