I'm trying to see analytics for the documents I have published in the publishing dashboard for InDesign, but it is showing up as 0 on all the analytics for it— does anyone know why?

Hi @hanjphil,

Thanks for reaching out. As Derek said, we have discontinued built-in analytics for Publish Online. You now need to integrate your Google Measurement ID to track and report traffic on your documents.

For more details, you can refer to this helpx article. It provides comprehensive information on how to set up Google Analytics for your published documents.

If you need any further assistance with the setup, feel free to ask!

Hello, I am unable to view the statistics of any document published in 2024. Since when has the built-in analytics been deactivated?

Also, Adobe says: "Analytics for documents published from the previous versions of InDesign will continue to be collected until October 15, 2024, after which no new analytics will be collected"
Where we can see the analytics?
