Adobe CC Programs don't start (0xC00007B)

Hi,

I've installed some Adobe programs like Indesign today and I always get an error massage with the code 0x00007B.

I've already installed all the Microsoft Visual CC ++ software again and used CCleaner.
It's already doesn't work.

I really don't know what I can do now. Do you have some ideas?

that's a window's error.  you could google the various solutions including repairing/updating your .net framework.

or you could try:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using admin account*

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

*for info on how to use admin account, see solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html
