Question

Adobe Indesign Creative 3 Suite Design Premium

I am no longer able to access any of my programs within Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.  I have spent numerous hours on hold trying to reach an Adobe tech for support - with no luck.  I have spent numerous hours on the Adobe website looking for solutions.  Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, have you found a resolution.  It does not make any sense that after spending almost $200 for a software program that you can no longer access it.  This is VERY FRUSTRATING -- especially when you cannot reach a tech from Adobe!!!!!!!

Who exactly are you trying to engage here? You failed to answer either of the two responses.

You don't have to spend any more money as long as you're running your software on an old operating system that supports it. The fault is in thinking the software is magically going to adapt to OS version which were never conceived of when the software was written (and are not supported).

CS3 is more than 10 years old. Unless you’re trying to run it on a 10 year old operating system, you’re out of luck.
