Adobe Publish with InDesign CC2024 -- Server error --

Hello,

I'm having a problem with online publishing.
I do it regularly without any problem.

The publication is uploaded correctly.
Curiously, access via a PC is correct, but there is an internal server error (Adobe server) when accessing via a Smartphone (iOS 14.0.1).
I tested different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc).

After multiple tests, I've identified that the problem comes from InDesign CC2024 (19.4) on macOS Ventura 13.6.

I also have a second version of InDesign installed, and publishing does not cause any problems. This is InDesign CC2022 (17.4.2) on macOS Ventura 13.6.

I haven't tested it on InDesign CC2023, but I think it works.

I noticed that the Adobe Publish dialog box has changed on CC2024, there's also password support (which I don't use).
There are certainly many other changes under the hood.
As a result, it didn't work properly.

Here's the link to the working version (from InDesign CC2022) :

Here's the link to the version that doesn't work on Smartphone (from InDesign CC2024😞

Thanks for your help

Hi @Manuel3108400517s4,

Thank you for reaching out and reporting the issue. I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end on any smartphone browser. Would you mind checking on any other smartphone or switching to a different internet connection?

Let us know if the issue persists. We'll be happy to assist you further.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

I have carried out various tests.

On Smartphone, on iPhone iOS 14.0.1 it doesn't work.
On Smartphone, on iPhone iOS 17.0 it works correctly.

I also carried out tests with Xcode Simulator (see image below).
iOS 17.2 works.
iOS 16.0 works.
iOS 15.0 does not work.

I consulted the OS usage statistics, for iOS 14 it's negligible.
But there are still users on iOS 15, and it doesn't work.

For the record, I've also tested it on a Smart TV (Philips), it doesn't work if the release was published from CC2024. But it works from CC2022.

Thanks
