What you are describing should not be happening with any version later than CS6. Actual Size or 100% displays the page at its print dimensions—InDesign detects your monitor resolution to calulate the correct print display. If you show rulers, 1 inch should measure as 1 inch with a ruler.

Are you sure the page has not been resized to a custom size? Click the Page tool, select the page, and check its dimensions in the Transform panel.

C'est parce que la valeur affichée part du principe que le moniteur a une résolution de 72 dpi, ce qui est faux, du moins avec les écrans récents. Mais ce n'est pas lié à la dernière version d'InDesign
