AgilityPIn.InDesignPlugIn

I have client-provided documents that require the "AgilityPIn.InDesignPlugIn". I have researched a solution to remove the PlugIn from the file and SAVED AS an IDML file. MANY things converted oddly, and the IDML file wasn't even close to the actual file. NOW I can OPEN the INDD file, and see the content, but I can NOT access the content, nor can I SAVE the file in any form. I have Googled this PlugIn with the intent to purchase and install, but many of the links to access are since broken. PLEASE HELP!

Nothing certain but there is a PIM solution by Agility company. It states they have indesign plugins so it might be the one you are after:

Agility: PIM Software & Master Data Management

    See with their support.

Another option is to ask your client where the plugin comes from.

It's very reasonable to ask your client, not only where the plug-in is from (which you might find out) but the version they are running (which you wouldn't). They are probably quite unaware that they are having an effect on the work they want you to do.
