Alternate descriptions missing for link annotation in InDesign hyperlinks

I've been creating accessibility pdf from InDesign document. when I run PAC3 validator, it shows error 'Alternate descriptions' missing for link annotations' in hyperlinks. If I chose fix problems in PDF tagging structure in Acrobat DC preflight, the issue is resolved.

Is there any way to create contents key for hyperlinks in InDesign document through scripting instead of fixing manually in Acrobat.
