Anchored object and text alignment in a table not the same?

Hi, I'm working on another persons file, my problem is, their anchored object and the text next to it are centred in the row of a table, but mine isn't, how can I fix that? Pictures attached.

Two things to check for differences in their text and yours:

Did they apply baseline shift to move the text upward? Or more likely they've added a Y offset to the anchored objects to move them down (check the anchored object options dialog). That offset can be saved as part of an object style to make it easier to apply.
