Preferences > Appearance of Black > Display and Output All Blacks Accurately, InDesign, 19.5, macOS 14.6.1, MacBook Pro M3

This preference setting does not operate properly. Has anyone had this problem?

Hi @Kelley Toombs , I’m not seeing a problem. Here’s CC2024 on MacOS Ventura:

The document’s assigned CMYK profile affects the display of CMYK blacks—what profile is assigned to your document? Legacy Photoshop CMYK profiles do not display blacks accurately:
