Applescript and InDesign "Send to Back" problem

I am trying to convert an old script to run under Adobe InDesign CC 2017. I've figured out all but one problem. There is a "Send to Back" that I just can't seem to get working. Any ideas what is wrong with the line? I've tried a couple of different ways.

Strange. Instead of trying to send the box that was blocking the text to the back, I used "bring to front" for the text box and that worked. Not sure why "send to back" didn't work, though.
