Application Frame missing in Windows toolbar

I am using the current CC version of Adobe InDesign on my PC. Where can I turn on the Application Frame, so it appears at the top just below the tabs? The Application Frame is not in the Window tab on my system. Thanks for your help

I found it in the upper right corner. Go figure.

There is no application frame setting in Windows. The application frame is an inherent part of all Windows applications.
