Approval button would be useful when sending documents for review

I have been sharing documents for colleagues' comments using the Share button in InDesign. But what if my colleagues don't have any comments - how do I know if they have reviewed it?

An Approve button would be really useful. Currently I have to revert to emailing a PDF to get final approval, which kind of defeats the object of using the sharing feature in the first place.
