Arabic words and paragraphs for epub reflowable

Is it possible to export english text with arabic characters/words into epub.

Also, is it possible to export english text with some arabic paragraphs into epub?

If so, how can this be done?

I believe that InDesign export to EPUB will work with multiple languages, even a mix of English and Arabic, if paragraph and character styles are meticulously managed and applied. The critical point would be to make sure that each style has the appropriate language defined. These settings are exported as language tags on an element by element basis.

I believe that most EPUB readers, at least, the better ones like Calibre, Thorium and iBooks, will respect these language tags and display individual paragraphs correctly.
