Arial regular looks like Arial black

Anyone know how to fix this? The text is set to Arial regular but it looks like Arial Black. It's only in indesign as it works fine in illustrator.

Any font folder in the same folder as the indesign file?

Are there more than 1 version of Arial installed?
Can you uninstall it and reinstall?
