Automatically connect combo box to other lists (InDesign CC 2019)

Hello Guys

I've been trying for a while to create an interactive field, where you only select a type in the uppermost "combo box field" and then automatically fill in the lower text fields matching it. At the moment I only use "combo box fields" as you can see below and the values have to be selected individually.

I would be verry happy about suggestions for solutions!
