Background Tasks - Activating Font spinning endlessly

I am using InDesign 19.0 and running Mac Pro 2019, Ventura 13.6.1. I have quit InDesign, restarted my computer and still this background task will not complete. It is trying to install Trajan from my Adobe Fonts so not even some font from a third party site.

How can I get this task to go away???
