Is it like my 27" AOC and only 1024 x 768 resolution? That might explain it...

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the Adobe Indesign? If you're using Adobe InDesign 2022, please check if UI Scaling helps you out.
Also, Have you tried resetting the monitor settings or the Adobe InDesign preferences? If not, please try doing that & let us know if it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

UI scaling (including the mouse pointer) is dependent on the overall scaling of each monitor in a multi-display system. Very few apps "just know" that one monitor has different scalind and work to keep UI elements proportionally sized. (Some apps and most OS-level elements do, which can make it confusing when a third-party app does not.)

You will probably have to go into your display setup (either at the OS level or, with more sophisticated display drivers/utilities loaded, into them) and adjust the relative scale of each monitor to keep things more or less the same size as you move across the displays.

The good news is that this is relatively easy to do and you can often tweak the settings to make sure everything displays the same across 2 or 3 monitors, even if they are of widely varying characteristics. (I use three large monitors that were not all manufactured in the same decade!)
