Blank file icons InDesign Windows 22H2

I know there are already several posts regarding this problem, but none of the given solutions work.
Yesterday I upgraded Windows to version 2H22 and suddenly the .INDD file icons went generic (white). Please note: INDD files only, because INDT files still have the correct icon.
As I said above, I have tried almost all the solutions indicated; changing registry keys, clearing the icon cache, reassigning the default program, etc ...
The only thing I haven't done yet is a total wipe of the InDesign installation, but it's a drastic solution that would cause me problems with my work (and without being sure it will work).
Do you have any solutions to try?

I had that happen a while back. Even a reinstall didn't fix it and then miraculously it just went away and the icons re-appeared. Updated to 22H2 the other day and they're still there.

I know that doesn't fix anything for you but it appears to be a very hit or miss issue. Are you fully updated with InDesign 2022 to 17.4?

Update fully completed without issues. At this point it might be a Windows problem...
