Blocage InDesign et perte de données dans le document

Question

Bonsoir, 
J'ai eu un message sur InDesign avec obligation de fermer le logiciel. Il s'est bloqué sans pouvoir sauvegarder. Presque tous les textes ont disparu. C'est dangereux et râlant.
Y a t'il un moyen de récupérer une étape intermédiare de mon document, presque terminé, quelque part ? Il me semble que oui.

For macOS: ~/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/Version [#]/[Language]/InDesign Recovery.
For Windows: C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version [#]\[Language]\InDesign Recovery.
