How do I turn a booklet in InDesign to a flipbook PDF,  that I can send out through email and put on a website?

You can create somthing similar using Pubish Online. But if you're looking for the old Flash-based page curls, they are not available. Rather old-fashioned, anyway.

But there is lots of interactivity that can be added, using just InDesign with Publish Online, both of which you already have. Check out these sample documents: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection

You can create a flipbook from your InDesign document with third-party apps, such as this and you can put it on your website and email a link:

To be very clear, the output from that service is absolutely not a PDF file, but rather a proprietary format that you might not be able to read in the distant future or maybe even tomorrow.
