Button to Clear form not working

I have a from on a document that has a reset button which should clear the form when in Reader however when I export to PDF to test the button it does not work. If I look at the properties in Acrobat and edit the clear form action the are no form fields showing.

I have found previous version of which the pdf works but if i re-export the button doe not work , this would suggest that it is something to do with InDesign updates as i have not modified the file.

Did you export the form from InDesign to PDF selecting: Export > Adobe PDF (Interactive) from the Format drop-down menu?
