Hi,

can anybody please help me? I have made a product in Indesign with buttons. They show and work beautifully when Published Online. But if I download a pdf from there all the buttons do not show. I have "printable" chosen with every button, but still they won't show. What have I done wrong?

Greatful for your help!

Regards

Anna-Maija

HOOOORAY!

I found my mistake. It was MINE. When publishing online I should have chosen the PDF preset I did in Indesign. I forgot it. The instructions were right but I was too tired and a lazy reader.  Now my buttons show in the PDF I have downloaded from the Publish Online view. Unfortunately I can see all the buttons (some of them should be hidden before clicking some other buttons). But what the heck, you cannot have it all, can you?

Thank you so much for your help Harshika Verma and Steve We

Hi Harshika,

and thank you for trying to help me. I did accordinly and made on own pdf-preset, but it still does not work. The buttons do not show. (And I do not mean them to work, just show.) The preset looks like this. Can you see any mistake there?

Thanks,

Create the PDF yourself and add a link to it in the Publish Online document. But...and this is very important...buttons in PDF are nothing but a crapshoot and probably won't work in most PDF readers or browsers.
