Buttons not working in sharing working draft

I've just started using the share feature in InDesign and my clients LOVE it. However, I've created buttons linking to websites and while they work in the PDF, they don't work in the Share draft. I'm new at the share feature, so not sure if I'm missing something. BTW--it is an interactive PDF.
