Cómo hacer tablas con trazo inferior únicamente

Buenas, me preguntaba si en indesign se pueden hacer tablas con el trazo inferior (o inferior y superior) solamente, sin trazos a la derecha/izquierda, de esta manera:

Tables can be dressed in all sorts of unique ways by using Cell Styles applied to cells, rows, and columns in tables.

Once defined, cell styles can be applied all at once by coordinating them within a Table Style.

 

But, your image could be defined entirely by paragraph styles, including strokes and shadings, if you would like to avoid tables, cellstyles, and tablestyles.
