Can I delete these temp files?

This file is in a Temp folder and very large. Is it OK to delete?

Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using. How big is the file?

 

The safest thing would be to move it to a different location, like your Desktop, for a few days to see if it has any effect before you delete it. Worst case, if it causes a crash or something else, put it back.

    https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/how-do-i-download-the-cs6-files-in-an-exe-form-to-a-usb/td-p/4208146?page=1 - it looks like some hidden InDesign installation file. As Steve already say it - just put to the trash-folder for some days and than delete if all ok. 

    Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
