Can not open InDesign files. Unsupported, missing plug-ins, file may be open in another application

I am having major issues with files that have been saved to One Drive. I have attempted to open via One Drive folders and downloaded them to my desktop and I am still getting the pop-up. I have also noticed files within the packaged folders have been duplicated with the name of my device after them.

I have tried opening the files in both InDesign 2020 & 2021. Bridge also. 

Local files and files saved on Google Drive and even other sharepoint locations are fine. Just this specific One Drive folder is causing issues. 

Any help would be appriciated.

Make sure you OneDrive settings don't have this checkbox on:

Also, you might want to disconnect the Microsoft account; delete all the files on the hard drive; reconnect the account; and let everything download again.
