Can't open file (Error: Adobe InDesign is shutting down.)

I'm having a problem with my files. When I open the file it shows the following error message.















Process: Adobe InDesign 2023
File size: 411.2 mb 
Ram capacity : 16 GB
Run on macOS 13.2.1

Is there any way to get the files back with the least missing latest save?
