Can we get a HISTORY PANEL in InDesign like in Photoshop?

We have a wonderful "history" panel in Photoshop.

Can we PLEASE have one in inDesign???????

I know we can do Control/Z, but the problem with that is that you can't see the changes the way you can in Photoshop, and when you are working on a long document this can be oh so frustrating.

Perhaps we need a Petition?????

there's a history plug-in - but I'm not sure if it's been updated for recent versions of InDesign:
