Can you change InDesign Color Picker to default to HSB?

I find that I pretty much never use the LAB color picker and would prefer it to be HSB/HSV all the time. Is there a way to change this in preferences?

    With no document’s open, open the Color Picker and click the H radio button, click Ok and restart ID. HSB was added with version 15

      Open the Color Panel and double-click the fill or stroke proxy.
