Cannot download/install InDesign template

Nothing happens when I click 'Download'. I reached out to Virtual Assistant, waited for live agent - never came. Went on Twitter for Adobe help, someone answered then never came back, went on Adobe Care support chat (Twitter) but no one answered so I called in and was told I would be sent tutorials on how to download apps....somebody with some common sense please help.

Log out on the
Adobe CC Website

Log out of CC Desktop App

Log out of InDesign (Window>Help>Log out)

 

Restart

Login on on the CC website

Logn to CC Desktop

Login to Adobe Indesign (Window>Help>Login) (once Indesign is opened - you may already be logged in)

Try again.
