Cannot open files in InDesign (Was "InDesign")

Hi all, I have a problem with InDesign, when I open the application I remain the initial screen and I cannot open the files. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but nothing has changed.

  2. Version of InDesign?
  3. Did it happen always on that computer or started the problem recently?
  4. If you create a new user, does it happen if you use this new user?
  5. How was InDesign installed?

If you create another user, a test user, on your computer, does it happen there too? If no, then is the problem to look for in the user settings. 

You can delete the test user easy.
