CC 2018 - Importing multiple pages from Word 2 problems

I have a word .docx which I converted to a .doc, the original word is 8.5 x 11 but the client wants the .indd 5.5 x 8.5

Created the new .indd and placed the word doc in.

First thing I notice that the images inbetween the text do NOT come over in the .indd

reason?

Second problem is the tabs as I need the Headings to start on there own page but they come over ( see image 1 below) they are sometimes too far down or on the previous page. Problem is , when I hit delete the headings go back to the page before as I cannot get then to sit correctly on the top of a new page. ( see second image) I tried adjusting the Leading on that style but I still can't get it right. Any help?

Nevermind I just restyled and got the new styles to work.
