CC Libraries Panel empty after opening

So I was moving my panels around a bit and when I added the Pages/Layers/Links panel to the same column as my CC Libraries panel (which was alone in the column previously) it bugged out and was compressing to adjust to a shorter size so the newly added panel could also be seen. After relaunching my InDesign the CC Libraries panel went completely blank and isn't returning to normal despite closing the tab and app and reopening both. It is still somehow interactive (hovering changes the pointer in certain spots) but isn't actually doing anything. I'll appreciate any help you can provide!
