Hi there, I have picked up someone else's file and they have created a table. The top row, when I go to select the text to change it, there's a lock icon that appears. Does anyone know what this is and how can I get rid of it to change the text?
It's certainly because this row is a header row. Only the first instance of a header row can be edited.

Hello - This problem is killing me...I have a document I created last year, and only need to change text in a header row - it's changing the CONTENT...I can't figure out how to make this happen now. It was challenging to set up the tables, and now I can't find a comprehensible way to change a word in this cell. Is there any better guidance on this? I don't see how to make it NOT a header row, or just delete it and put a new one there that looks correct.

You vcan convert a header row into a “standard” row by right clicking (with the text tool) on it. My screenshot is in French, but i think that you will be able to find the English equivalent term.
