Change live text to placeholder text - InDesign

I want to portfolio some corporate PDF guides I've created, but the documents are filled with sales training and specific product info which I probably shouldn't make public. I want to swap out live text with placeholder text without having to redesign the documents (which can be upwards of 250 pages).

Is this possible? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

you can make place holder text copied from word for example, select all text and past. thats can be donne if all the threads are linked together, but you have to apply the style again.
