Change Text Underline Color

Below, the text is OpenType text with an underline applied. How can I make this a rich black build being used in the document?

Sorry -  Figured it out. I option-clicked the underline button on the menu toolbar and it brought up the ability to change the color.

alt-click I'd guess (not on a PC). You can also get to it from the Character panel (hamburger/underline options)

The dialog to change underline appearance is Underline Options.

You can choose it from the Character panel menu. Or from the Control panel menu (when you're in Character mode).

You can even create a keyboard shortcut for it by choosing Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts. Create your own keyboard set, choose the Panel Menu, and add a keyboard shortcut for Underline Options (appropriate for Mac or Windows).
