I'm working on a brochure design with a lot of pages. I've made a master page with texts in black color. But in some pages I have images in the background where I want the texts to be in white. Is there any feature in Indesign that allows me to automatically change the text color when there is a background image?

There isnt an automatic way but you could build a second master page based on the original and apply it to the pages that have background images. That way you can use the second master page to adjust colors on all pages at the same time.
