Color conversion of placed SVGs in InDesign or in the print PDF (CMYK -> PANTONE)

Hello 🙂 I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I hope so. I am editing an InDesign file with about 700 pages. In it are placed 240 diagrams as SVGs created in another program (Omnigraffle). The problem is that the document will later be printed in grayscale + 1 spot color. Unfortunately, the included diagrams can only be delivered as CMYK. Now I need a solution how to convert the 240 SVG data afterwards from CMYK to the spot color PANTONE 3272 U. I have already used the software PitStop as integration with Adobe Acrobat, but this is not a solution.
Does anyone here have an idea?
I have added a screenshot of the print file where I have inserted the color values of a diagram. The CMYK values should be at 0% later, of course.
