Color dots over text - Online published pdf

Hello,

I published a online document and send it to a client. 

While he was looking at it he noticed colored dots over text that shouldn't be there.

As you can see in the image below on the words 'Thema's' and 'Werken en economie' there are green dots.

These dots are not in de indd file and happen at random on different page's the client's screen. 

The file looks fine on my and my colleagues screens.

Me, colleagues and the client all use edge and chrome as a webbrowser.

Can anyone explain or guess why this happends?

Looks fine on my screen - Mac, using Chrom browser.
