Color Settings all reset after update on InDesign 19 version

This happened a few years ago, so at least I was primed to check.

Upgrading to the 2024 versions has lost my Color Settings and Policies and reset them to North American General Purpose 2 For Photoshop and InDesign (but weirdly not for Illustrator).

And Yes I did ask to import preferences from previous versions during install.

    I swear that both of these were North American General Purpose 2 yesterday but today InDesign looks like this with only the Policies being wrong.
