I recenelty upgraded my Mac desktop to macOS Monterey. After upgrading and while working in InDesign in the "actual size" mode, and needing to place a ruler against my compluter screen to measure certain things in scale, the scale was no longer accurate. Does anyone know how to fix this. It's very important that I am able to measure my computer screen with a ruler. Thanks so much!

But 1 cm (for example) in InDesign will still be 1 cm in reality, even if it does not completely compare to your hand ruler. So just measure in InDesign itself, there us even a ruler tool to do so.

The InDesign Actual View or 100% view should display the print output size. In order to get the print preview InDesign has to communicate with the OS to get your monitor specs. Have you tried resetting your ID preferences and caches since the OS upgrade?

Did you change the Interface Scaling in InDesign under preferences? This affects the ruler representations. I know it shouldn't, but it does.
Or, have you changed your monitor's resolution in your system Display prefernces to a Scaled Value as opposed to Default for Display?
