Why I can't contact Adobe anymore? They say there is a payment issue but there isn't and I can't get in touch

please help

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Facebook has blocked me I've done everything can't even make my own account and again because they'll block it that one too

That's a Facebook thing, we can't suggest anything for it. However, if you are trying to use Facebook to contact Adobe, then you could alternatively try using X(Twitter), tweet at @Adobecare.
