Facebook has blocked me I've done everything can't even make my own account and again because they'll block it that one too
That's a Facebook thing, we can't suggest anything for it. However, if you are trying to use Facebook to contact Adobe, then you could alternatively try using X(Twitter), tweet at @Adobecare.
