Control Bar Disapear (annoying)

Whenever I close all documents and then open a new one, my control panel disappears and wont reappear via Shortcut . I can change workspace to another to make visible again. It is annoying.

Im using a Macbook Pro M1, Ventura, 16GB Ram. 512 SSD, ,connected with 2xU32j59 Samsnug Monitors (thoug DP and HDMI connectors).

Hi @Rishabh_Tiwari , the tip work well.
But it would be nice to be able to use the home screen to select documents more quickly. I hope this little bug is fixed in a next update.
