Question

Copiar vector de illustrator a indesign. No funciona

Trabajo en mac. he actualizado OS a 15.3.1

Hi @Alfonso_F,

I hope the expert suggestions were helpful!

Let me know if the issue is resolved or if you're still experiencing it. If the problem persists, sharing screenshots of the Illustrator artwork and how it appears in InDesign would give us a clearer picture. Also, please provide the details requested by the experts. Looking forward to your update!

@Alfonso_F

In which versions of InDesign and Illustrator it was working for you before?

Save as AI and place it into in InDesign. Copy and paste works only with simple paths.

Could you post some screenshots that illustrate the issue.

...also, does the problem occur in earlier versions of InDesign and Illustrator? You can install the 2024 versions from the Creative Cloud app.

...and also, check your Clipboard Settings in Preferences in both InDesign and Illustrator (although I'm not sure that any of them could cause the effects you describe).

@Alfonso_F

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the InDesign forum.

typically, simple artwork can be copied from Illustrator and pasted into InDesign. More complex artwork should be saved in Illustrator and placed into InDesign.

For testing purposes can you try copying and pasting one or two simple shapes to see if they work? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of both your illustrator artwork and how it appears in InDesign.
