Copy pasting CMYK values in Indesign

Hi guys! So is there a way to copy paste cmyk values in Indesign, so basically cmyk values to text? Thank you very much!

Hi Frans, thanks for the answer but what I'm trying to do is get the CMYK values without typing each one of the numbers.

In all of the color dialogs you have to enter each value. The only way around that is to select from the Color Picker’s Space View, but the result will be color managed values of the picked color, and not a specific CMYK build.
