CPU Overloading inDesign repeatedly crashing

Im trying to work on a large document on indesign but it wont stay open for longer than 30 seconds if that and keeps crashing again and again.

It started only crashing when I tried to make a PDF, now I can't keep the document open.

Please help!!

Hi Ellie,

We would need some more information to find the cause of the issue:

1. OS?

2. InDesign version?

3. Is your indd file on network?

4. Is it happening with every file or some specific file, if it is some specific file, please send it to ansjain@adobe.com.

5. If you are on Mac, please submit your crash log and enter your email ID.
