Creating a Short Cut Key as to confirm selection/paste/move

I use multiple software programs, and pressing enter is common habit for confirming a message prompt. How does one add a confirmation short-cut key (such as Crtl+Enter) to move to a new command without having to change tools - example, pasting>selecting object> pasting, or making a (Crtl+Enter) confirmation I moved the object, and have completed the move of that object?
