creative suite 5.5 design premium activation limit reached

Hi!

Problem with my creative suite 5.5 design premium, it says activation limit reached. I have already worked with my new computer over the year. Now it says, that this serial number already installed on 2 computers. Adobe Acrobat X did automatic install some days ago and then it started.

I basically have the same issue. I had to reset my computer without the chance to deactivate any programs first and now I cannot use my programs. I tried to get to talk to support but they said it was too old and spent the rest of the time trying to push me into buying a subscription. I am still looking for solutions online though.

My answer from April of last year stands. Nobody here can help and if Adobe can't or won't assist there is nothing you can do.

    Nobody here can help you. You'll have to contact Adobe directly to see if they can and will reset the activation counter.
